How to Use Dexatrim

Losing weight requires reducing the amount of calories you ingest daily and by exercising, but sometimes you need a little boost. Dexatrim is an appetite suppressant that is designed to make food less appealing, its maker says. The medication is drug-free and contains natural ingredients such as caffeine. According to the Mayo Clinic, caffeine may aid in briefly suppressing your appetite, burning a small amount of calories, and removing excess water from the body.

Step 1

Consult your physician. Inform him that you are planning to take Dexatrim to help with weight loss. Follow his recommendations and advice.

Step 2

Confirm that you are not sensitive to the ingredients in Dexatrim. Dexatrim contains bitter extract from orange peels, yohimbe bark, eleuthero toot, licorice root, rutin, kelp, fenugreek seed, cocoa extract, caffeine, extract from green tea leaves as well as a variety of vitamins.

Step 3

Purchase the correct type of Dexatrim for your needs. For example, if you are sensitive to caffeine products, purchase Dexatrim Natural No Caffeine.

Step 4

Take one caplet 30 minutes before each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Step 5

Monitor your body for side effects. If you use a Dexatrim product that does contain caffeine, you may feel jittery and have problems sleeping. If you do have issues sleeping, adjust your dinner time so that it is not too close to your bedtime.
