Other possibilities are slowed reactions and uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body, such as the eye. You may also become very thirsty, lose weight, have trouble breathing,have increased saliva production, nosebleeds, dry eyes or excessive tearing, and muscle and bone pain The National Institutes of Health also warns that female patients taking Topamax may either miss menstrual periods or have greater menstrual bleeding and changes in skin color.
