Instructions for Nordic Track Apex 6100 Treadmill

The NordicTrack Apex 6100 is a folding treadmill designed for use in the home. A console unit mounted on the treadmill's uprights controls the belt and incline motors installed in the base of the device; by manually inputting the desired speed and angle settings, you can create a workout to suit your specific needs. The Apex 6100 also includes a variety of preset workouts designed to simulate walking or running on different types of terrain.
