Many people try to refrain from drinking beer for fear of gaining weight from all the calories they contain. Beers like Sierra Nevada's Big Foot Ale, with 330 calories per bottle, certainly do. However, there are some beers that don't contain an absurd amount of calories without sacrificing their taste.
Michelob Ultra
Michelob Ultra contains even fewer calories than Michelob Light, coming in at 95 calories per 12 oz. bottle. There's even barely a difference in alcohol content, with Michelob Ultra having 4.1 percent alcohol per volume to Michelob Light's 4.3 percent.
Keystone Premium
Keystone Premium is a hard beer to find, especially around college towns where Keystone Light reigns king. However, if you do happen to find a case of these elusive red cans, you'll be pleased to find each can contains only 111 calories with a solid 4.43 percent alcohol content.
Budweiser Select
Budweiser, the self-proclaimed King of Beers, is also the king of beer bellies with 145 calories and 10.6 g of carbs per 12 oz. can. However, the King's cousin, Bud Select, contains only 99 calories and 3.1 g of carbs without sacrificing that Budweiser taste.
