Sweeteners
Diet Spray and the Reduced varieties contain sucralose, an artificial sweetener derived from sugar. Light contains calcium saccharin, a chemical sweetener. Reduced juice has the least sodium, 36 mg; Diet Spray has 50 mg, and the Light drink has 80 mg of sodium.

Fruit juice concentrates fructose, fruit's natural sugar. The calorie count on fruit drinks varies when manufacturers add water or other juices, remove natural fructose or add high-fructose corn syrup .
