New England-based coffee chain Dunkin' Donuts sells a flatbread sandwich filled with cheese that it officially calls the Grilled Cheese Flatbread sandwich. Served warm, it contains American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Swiss cheeses inside toasted bread made from enriched wheat flour.

Calories

Dunkin' Donuts considers one Grilled Cheese Flatbread sandwich the equivalent of one serving, and each sandwich contains approximately 380 calories. This is about 70 calories more than the 310 calories in an average regular cheeseburger purchased at a fast-food restaurant, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Fat

About 42 percent of the calories in each Grilled Cheese Flatbread sandwich come from fat, which means one sandwich has approximately 160 calories from fat. The fat includes 18 g of total fat, 9 g of saturated fat and 0.5 g of trans fat. The saturated fat alone provides 45 percent of the USDA recommended amount that a person on a 2,000-calorie diet should consume daily.

Considerations

The large amount of cheese in a Grilled Cheese Flatbread sandwich is rich in calcium. One serving provides 40 percent of the daily recommended amount of calcium, although it also contains 45 mg of cholesterol, which equals 15 percent of the recommended daily intake.
