The company touts the healthy aspects of their sandwiches, particularly the low-fat line, which contains less than 6 g of fat or less. The Chicken Florentine sandwich on flatbread, which was offered in 2008 but no longer appears on the company's official website in 2010, had considerably more fat and a higher calorie count than its current flatbread offerings.

The Chicken Florentine flatbread sandwich serves up 520 calories, Visual Recipes reports. CalorieLab claims a similar 500-calorie count for the sandwich, or about 25 percent of your daily calorie intake based on a 2,000-calorie-a day diet.

Protein

The CalorieLab website reports that the sandwich contains 33 g of protein, while Visual Recipes reports 35. Either way, the sandwich supplies a little over half of your daily 60 g protein requirement, according to The Merck Manuals Online Medical Library.

Carbohydrates

This sandwich supplies between 45 and 47 g of carbohydrates. Since 1 g of carbohydrate supplies 4 calories, the sandwich contains between 180 and 188 calories from carbohydrates, or about 20 percent of your daily caloric requirement for carbohydrate. You need approximately 50 percent of your total daily calorie intake from carbohydrates, according to the Merck website.

Fats

According to CalorieLab, almost 89 percent of the calories in the Chicken Florentine sandwich come from fat. Visual Recipes claims the sandwich has 22 g of fat, while CalorieLab reports 18, but either way, this sandwich has a lot of fat, around 28 percent of your daily requirement, by CalorieLab's calculations. Of the total fat count, 8 g comes from saturated fat, the kind that contributes to the development of heart disease. This represents 40 percent of your daily recommended intake, according to CalorieLab.

Sodium
