How to Cleanse Chakra Auras

Your aura is a light that emits from you, and it acts as an energy magnet. When your aura is bright, it attracts positive feelings and opportunities. When dark, your aura attracts negativity and can make you feel down or depressed. You only need a few moments to cleanse chakra auras. Your brow chakra, which is found between your eyebrows, can be used to powerfully cleanse your aura so that positive energy and vibrations can once again return to you as your aura is cleansed and brightened.

Step 1

Fill a spray bottle with purified water. To cleanse the water and make it even more purified for cleansing chakra auras, place a piece of quartz in the bottle, so that it is infused with the healing powers of the quartz. Add a few rose petals to infuse the water with a calming scent.

Step 2

Enter a quiet room, where you'll be able to enter a meditative state. Lighting a few candles can help to set a calming mood, or you may choose to play quiet, calming, instrumental music to help you focus on meditation. Try to make the room as dim as possible, so that you can concentrate on the light of your aura.

Step 3

Follow the advice of trusted psychic and author, Scott Marmorstein, and spray your body with the crystal-infused water. This will prepare your body and aura to be cleansed. Lie down in a comfortable place. Scott recommends that you place a new piece of quartz on your brow chakra, which is responsible for cleansing auras.

Step 4

Lie with the crystal on your brow chakra, breathing deeply. Imagine the crystal as a sun, helping to brighten your aura. Visualize your entire body being taken over with bright beams of sunlight, cleaning your aura by brightening it. Imagine a white light focusing on those parts of your body that need to be cleansed, focusing on the mind and spirit.

Step 5

Clean your chakra aura twice per day, or as needed. Remember that your aura attracts positive energy when bright, so it can never be too clean.
