Calories in Tacos at Taco Bell

Taco Bell, in accordance with fast food restaurant law, provides nutritional information on all their foods, including their tacos. Taco Bell's tacos have a generally high calorie content, though there are lower calorie choices.

Crispy Soft, Crunchy and Double Decker

Don't let the small size fool you. Tacos have a wide variety of calorie counts. The Crispy Soft Taco contains 190 calories, while the Crispy Potato Soft Taco has 260 calories. The Crunchy Taco has 170 calories and the Double Decker Taco contains a whopping 330 calories.

Double Decker Supreme, Fresco, Grilled Steak and Ranchero

The Double Decker Taco Supreme contains 360 calories, while the Fresco style Crunchy Taco has only 150 calories. The Grilled Steak Soft Taco has 250 calories and the Ranchero Chicken Soft Taco contains even more, at 270 calories.

Soft and Supreme Taco

The Soft Taco Supreme with beef has 240 calories, while the regular Soft Taco with beef has 210 calories. The regular Taco Supreme, however, weighs in less with 200 calories.

Effects on Health

The new USDA food pyramid recommends a limited amount of fats and oils, as well as sodium, which most fast foods contain large amounts of, so limit your consumption of fast foods.
