As an alternative, light sour cream contains 22 calories, which is 9 calories less than regular sour cream. Light sour cream has 1.1 g of carbohydrates and 1.7 g of fat, with 1.1 g of saturated fat.


Fat-free sour cream has 12 calories, with none of the calories coming from fat. This sour cream is not a good option for you if you are counting carbohydrates because it contains 2.5 g, more than double the amount contained in regular sour cream.
