Lean Cuisine offers a popular line of frozen entrees, widely ranging from full meals to pizzas to sandwiches. All are individually portioned and are designed for a variety of diet preferences, including low-fat, low-calorie and low-carb.

Cafe Cuisine

While the United States Department of Agriculture reports that a standard spaghetti with meat sauce frozen entrée has 255 calories, Lean Cuisine's Café Cuisine line covers a much wider variety of tastes and preferences. The chicken carbonara has 270 calories with 50 calories from 6 g of fat, 600 mg of sodium, 33 g of carbohydrates and 21 g of protein. The sesame chicken has 330 calories with 80 of those being from 9 g of fat, 650 mg of sodium, 47 g of carbs and 16 g of protein.

Pizzas

Lean Cuisine's traditional four cheese pizza has 340 calories with 50 being from 6 g of fat, 650 mg of sodium, 51 g of carbohydrates and 20 g of protein. The three meat deep dish pizza has 390 calories including 80 from 9 g of fat, 610 mg of sodium, 55 g of carbs and 22 g of protein. The lightest option is the traditional mushroom pizza with 300 calories, 5 g of fat, 540 mg of sodium, 47 g of carbohydrates and 16 g of protein.

Paninis

The lightest of Lean Cuisine's Paninis is the chicken, spinach and mushroom panini; it has 310 calories, 7 g of fat, 600 mg of sodium, 42 g of carbohydrates and 22 g of protein. The most caloric panini is the chicken club panini with 360 calories, 9 g of fat, 680 mg of sodium, 46 g of carbs and 24 g of protein.
