Plantar warts are benign growths that occur on the sole of the foot. Take a multivitamin daily. The University of Maryland Medical Center recommends taking a multivitamin containing vitamins A, C, E and B-complex.
Be patient. Plantar warts can take two to five months of continuous treatment to resolve completely, and they may have to be treated more than once.
