The Five-Factor Diet Plan

The five-factor diet plan was originally created by Harley Pasternak. Although this particular diet was tailored for celebrities, it has since expanded and has been used successfully by the general population.

Time Frame

The five-factor diet plan promises results within a five-week time frame, much quicker than many other popular diets.

Meals

Those following the five-factor diet plan will eat five meals a day. The goal of this is to keep hunger at a minimum and metabolism running.

Ingredients

The five-factor diet plan's meals consist of five ingredients. This makes for quick meal preparation and more free time.

Workouts

Those following the five-factor diet plan will only spend 25 minutes at a time in the gym. Harley prefers less, more intense work in the gym as opposed to workouts lasting more than an hour.

Cheats

Five total cheat days are given in the five weeks of this program. One cheat meal each week helps you maintain sanity while following a strict diet plan.
