According to the nutrition information from calorie counting resource My Fitness Pal, one 76 g andouille sausage link contains 220 calories. If you wanted to burn off the calories in this serving of sausage, MayoClinic.com notes it would take about an hour of ballroom dancing to do so.

Fat

Andouille sausage is high in fat. My Fitness Pal notes that each 76 g link of this sausage provides 19 g of fat. Of this fat, 7 g come from saturated fat. The U.S. Department of Agriculture explains that while some fat is needed in your diet, saturated fat should be limited to no more than 10 percent of your calories, as it can be harmful to your health.
