Calories

For reference, the ever-popular SuperPretzel contains 160 calories per serving. The serving size is one pretzel. Ten of the calories are from fat which make 1.11 g of fat in the pretzel as 1 g of fat equals 9 calories.

Nutrients

The pretzel contains 34 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar, 5 g of protein and 10 percent of the recommended daily amount of iron. The SuperPretzel has no trans fat, saturated fat or monounsaturated fat, but it has 0.5 g of polyunsaturated fat.
