Juice made from goji berries, also known as Wolf Berries or Western Snowberries, is a sweet treat to quench your thirst. The calories in goji berry juice may contribute to your daily nutritional goals.

Calories

An 8-oz. serving of goji berry juice provides you with 110 calories, according to the MyFitnessPal website. This accounts for 5.5 percent of the calories you need daily if you're adhering to a 2,000-calorie diet.

Macronutrients

Many of the calories in goji juice come from carbohydrates. An 8-oz. serving of Goji juice provides 25 g of this macronutrient, or a nutrient that provides energy. The Institute of Medicine recommends that you consume 130 g of carbohydrates daily, so this portion of goji juice meets just more than 19 percent of how much you'll need in a day. It also contains 1 g of protein.

Benefits

Drugs.com notes that proponents of goji berries claim they have antioxidant benefits that protect your body from free radical damage as well as diabetes, cancer and eye problems, although there is limited scientific evidence on the effect of goji berries or their juice on your health.
