According to FatSecret.com, one cup of Act II Light Buttered Popcorn contains 20 calories -- 5 of those calories are from fat. Light Buttered Popcorn from Act II also contains 1 g of fat, 4 g of carbohydrates and less than 1 g of protein per serving.

Kettle Corn

Buttery Kettle Corn from Act II contains 35 calories per popped cup -- 20 of those calories are from fat. A serving of this variety of popcorn also contains 2 g of fat, 3 g of carbohydrates, 45 mg of sodium and no protein.
