Among the choices of cinnamon rolls at Cinnabon are three popular varieties: the Cinnabon Classic, the Minibon and the Caramel Pecanbon. The nutrition fact sheet on the Cinnabon website lists the Cinnabon Classic calorie count as 880 calories, while the Minibon contains 350 calories and the Caramel Pecanbon contains a whopping 1080 calories.
Nutrition
Even though the Cinnabon Classic is sure to be satisfying and delicious, CalorieKing cautions that it contains 49 percent of your daily allowance of total fat and 40 percent of your daily saturated fat allowance. It's also quite high in cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates and sugar. The Minibon contains only 20 percent of your daily allowance of fat, and the Caramel Pecanbon has 72 percent of the fat you should eat each day.
