Features

Properties

Precautions
Burdock root has a diuretic effect and should not be taken if you are currently prescribed a diuretic medication. If you are taking medication for diabetes, do not take burdock root because the herb may lower blood sugar. Do not take burdock root if you are pregnant or nursing. If you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums or daisies, you may have an allergic reaction to burdock.
