Make a cocktail with lime cordial and you will be consuming more calories, depending on what drink you make. One basic drink, called the green ambulance, mixes 1/3 oz. lime cordial with 2/3 oz. vodka. In all, that's about 51 calories, with about 44 calories from the vodka and close to 7 from the lime cordial.
