Pushing a stroller is a way to stay in shape after having kids. You can burn more calories by walking faster and walking uphill.

Speed

Walking at a fast pace of 3.5 mph burns 224 calories an hour if you weigh 130 pounds, 267 if you weigh 155 pounds, 311 if you weigh 180 and 354 if you weigh 205.
