French food company Danone, called Dannon in the United States, produces five lines of Activia yogurt products: regular Activia, Activia Light, Activia Dessert, Activia Drinks and Activia Fiber. A mixture of cereal, fiber and low-fat yogurt, Activia Fiber Peach is also available in strawberry and vanilla flavors.
Calories
The Peach & Cereal variety of Activia Fiber yogurt provides 110 calories in each typical 113 g serving. One serving is the size of an individual container in the standard 4-pack containers sold in stores. A comparable serving of standard low-fat fruit yogurt has approximately 116 calories.
Fat Calories
Activia Fiber Peach & Cereal yogurt contains 2 g of total fat per serving, 1 g of which is saturated fat. The fat supplies 15 calories, or about 14 percent of the yogurt's overall calories.
Other Nutrients
Peach-flavored Activia Fiber yogurt provides 15 percent of the daily recommended amount of calcium and vitamin D if you follow a daily diet of 2,000 calories. Additional nutrients include 3 g of dietary fiber, 3 g of protein and 160 mg of potassium. The product also contains 5 mg of cholesterol, 16 g of sugar and 60 mg of sodium in every serving.
