Seafood
Grilled swordfish, citrus glazed salmon and seared tuna comprise the seafood entree selections. The swordfish has 530 calories and the salmon 580 calories, according to the Capital Grille's website. The sushi-grade tuna comes with rice and has 450 calories.
Sides
Every entree comes with one side. The French fries, for example, have the highest calorie count, at 620. Mashed potatoes and creamed spinach pack 240 and 300 calories, respectively. Fresh seasonal vegetables are also available as a side dish, though the calorie count varies according to what vegetables are included.
