If you enjoy snowshoeing, you are not alone. The activity is popular enough to have an entire industry dedicated to it. Snowshoeing has a low injury risk and is a way to burn calories.
Identification
The number of calories you'll burn while snowshoeing depends on your body weight. In a half-hour, a 125-lb. person will burn 240 calories, 155-lb. person will burn 298 and a 185-lb. person 355, according to Harvard Medical School.
