There are many foods that help increase energy and overall well being. While there isn't a magic food or one source of healthy food, there are a variety of foods that promote fitness. Choosing healthy meats and seafood, fruits and nuts and vegetables will ensure you are consuming the best fitness foods available.
Meats and Seafood
In addition to being excellent sources of protein, lean cuts of chicken and beef provide the body with iron, zinc and energy-enhancing B vitamins. Salmon is among the fittest sources of meat and seafood. Salmon provides the body with omega-3 fatty acids. Fruits and Nuts

Vegetables

Broccoli is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and phytonutrients, all of which protect the cells from damage and promote heart health.
