Raisins may seem like a healthy snack -- and eaten plain, they are. But when they come coated in a sugary shell, as with yogurt raisins, the calorie count spikes quickly. Plus, the coating probably contains more sugar and oil than actual yogurt, giving you little nutritional bang for your caloric buck.
