One serving of two Pillsbury sugar cookies provides 2 percent of the recommended daily value of niacin, iron and riboflavin, 4 percent of folic acid and 6 percent of thiamin. The Reduced Sugar mix provides 2 percent daily value of niacin, riboflavin and iron and 4 percent of folic acid and thiamin. It is safe to say that this mix alone does not provide a significant amount of vitamins and minerals. However, additional ingredients need to be added to make these cookies, such as butter or margarine and eggs, which may increase their nutritional value, as well as their calorie, fat, cholesterol and sodium content.

A box of Pillsbury Sugar cookie mix contains enriched bleached flour, sugar, malititol, maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, 2 percent or less of propylene glycol monoesters, baking soda, natural and artificial flavor, salt, mono and diglycerides, nonfat dry milk, corn starch, polysorbate 60, sucralose-a non nutritive sweetener, TBHQ-Tert-butylhydroquinone, used to preserve oils, fats and food items and citric acid.
