Total Lean Burn 60 is classified as a thermogenic, which claima to increase your body temperature, therefore elevating your metabolism. In fact, GNC claims that this diet pill can increase your caloric burn by up to 60 percent.
Uses
Burn 60 is intended to be used as a weight-loss aid. It is intended to be used prior to exercise for the best results. Other possible uses are for an increase in energy and prevention of muscle loss due to vigorous exercise.
Considerations
Results from a double-blind study provided by GNC, found that Total Lean Burn 60 can burn up to 60 percent more calories than the placebo within the first hour after exercising. Unfortunately, GNC only provided the results of the study and no other information regarding references, time span or number of participants. Due to the lack of information, it's difficult to determine its validity.
Dosage
The recommended dose, suggested by the product label, is two tablets within 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise. On days when exercise is skipped, take two tablets before breakfast. GNC strongly advises not to take this pill before bedtime in order to avoid sleep disturbances.
Warning
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing and consult your doctor if you are on any kind of medication. Due to it's blood thinning properties, you should stop using Burn 60 two weeks before any scheduled surgery.
