Rosemary Conley is a diet and fitness expert from the United Kingdom. She has been helping people lose weight fro more than 40 years. Most of the food in the plan contains less than 5 percent fat. The diet comprises three meals per day with balanced portions of vegetables and lean meat. Slimmers are allowed one 150-calorie treat per day. The Inch Loss Plan Diet aims at enabling slimmers to lose 14 pounds in one month.

One of the options on the Rosemary Conley diet is the slimming classes. Subscribers pay a small membership fee and then a fee per class, which varies regionally.
