While quick and convenient, frozen dinners have variable nutritional value. According to Good Housekeeping, healthy frozen dinners have 300 to 500 calories, 10 to 18 g fat, less than 600 mg sodium, 3 to 5 g fiber and10 to 20 g protein. According to MSNBC, first look for foods that have less than 30 percent fat calories, or no more than 3 g of fat for every 100 calories. According to the American Heart Association, for most Americans,1500-mg sodium is the daily limit. The Food and Drug Adinistration considers 600 mg for meals as the "healthy" sodium limit.

Lean Cuisine

According to My Fitness Pal's website, Lean Cuisine's garlic chicken contains: 280 calories, 4 g fat, 30 mg cholesterol, 550 mg sodium, 42 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber,17 g sugar and 20 g protein.

Healthy Choice

According to Healthy Choice's website, Healthy Choice Sweet Asian Potstickers contains: 380 calories, 4.5 g fat, 0 g trans fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 600 mg sodium, 75 g carbohydrates, 6 g fiber, 19 g sugar, and 8 g protein.

White Castle

According to the website Zeer, White Castle hamburgers contain: 270 calories, 4 g fat, 20 mg cholesterol, 270 mg sodium, 23 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber, 0 g sugar and 12 g protein.

Kashi

According to "Fitness Magazine's" website, Kashi's All Natural Chicken Florentine frozen dinner, one of the magazine's best in 2008, contains: 290 calories, 9 g fat, 4.5 g saturated, 31 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber and 22 g protein.

Smart Ones

According to Good Housekeeping, Smart Ones Cranberry Turkey Medallions contains: 350 calories, 4.5 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 560 mg sodium, 4 g fiber and 18 g protein.

Frozen Dessert

According to MSNBC, frozen blueberries, the best frozen dessert, taste like sorbet but have no added sugar and lots of antioxidants. A serving contains: 80 calories, 0 mg cholesterol, 19 g carbohydrate, 0 mg sodium and 1 g protein.
