One-hundred grams, or about 7 tbsp., of semi-skimmed or 2 percent milk contains 50 calories, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database. It also contains 13 g of protein, 4 mg of calcium and 14 g of fat.
Considerations
The common serving size for tea is a cup. However, cup size varies from country to country. In England, a teacup holds about 5 oz., and in Japan a cup of green tea is usually about 3.5 oz. In America, a common cup size is 8 oz.
