Step 1
Familiarize yourself with the different forms of turmeric and ginger that are available. Turmeric is available in powder form, capsules, fluid extract and as a cut root. Ginger is found dried, candied, crystallized or fresh cut. By knowing their various forms, you may discover news ways to incorporate them into your diet.

Add turmeric and ginger to various dishes you prepare. This is an easy way to get them into your diet and helps you cook foods that are beneficial to your health.
