Because sushi is a rice-based food, it is high in carbohydrates. MyFitnessPal explains that a 280 g serving of spicy shrimp roll provides 59 g of carbohydrates and 5 g of fiber.

Protein

MyFitnessPal notes that a 280 g serving of spicy shrimp roll contains 14 g of protein.

Fat

A 280 g serving of spicy shrimp roll sushi contains 9 g of fat, according to MyFitnessPal. Of this fat, only 2 g comes from saturated fat.
