The 14 oz. ready-to-drink bottles of muscle milk are shelf-stable, but are often sold out of a refrigerated case. These drinks contain 25 g of protein. These come in a Vanilla Crème, Chocolate or Banana Crème Shake flavors. Strawberries n' Crème and Chocolate Malt are additional options. The 17 oz. cartons of ready-to-drink Muscle Milk with 32 g of protein are available in Chocolate, Vanilla Crème, Cookies n' Crème, Cake Batter, Strawberry Crème, Café Latte and Chocolate Malt. Eleven oz. cartons with 21 g of protein are offered in Chocolate, Vanilla Crème, Cookies n' Crème, Banana Crème, Strawberry Crème and Chocolate Malt.
Light
Light Muscle Milk contains 35 percent fewer calories than original formulas. The light powder is available in Dark Chocolate, Cake Batter, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies n' Crème, Banana Crème, Strawberries n' Crème, Chocolate Milk and Vanilla Crème. Ready-to-drink Light Muscle Milk is available in 14 oz. bottles of Chocolate, Vanilla and Café Latte.
