Skincare systems help to maintain and protect your skin's moisture balance and reduce the signs of aging. Using products not suited to your skincare type can strip away natural oil, irritate your skin or leave your skin greasy. The best skincare systems provide individual systems for different types of skin. They also provide visible results and are based on the science of skincare. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends sticking with reputable brands and exercising caution with product claims that sound extreme.
