Excess weight can put strain on your joints and limit your mobility and range of motion. Foods high in sugar include baked goods and pastries, cookies and cakes. Many processed and packaged foods also contain hidden sources of sugar. It is important to check ingredient labels to avoid consuming excess sugar in your diet.
