Nutrients
Hemp seeds are rich sources of essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, or ALA, and gamma-linolenic acid, or GLA, which is an omega-6 fatty acid. They also contain vitamin E and protein.
Dosage
