How to Grow a Fat Belly

Weight loss is one of the main goals of many men and women in the world today. They go through extremes to drop pounds, get in shape and build a body that they can be proud of. But if you want to grow yourself a fat belly, that can be achieved as well. Diet and exercise are involved with losing a fat belly, and they are also involved with growing one.

Step 1

Eat before you go to bed every night. When the day is coming to a close, your metabolism slows down. Take advantage of this by eating a meal that is high in simple carbs right before you go to sleep. This will not only give you a supply of empty calories that you cannot burn off, but it will also cause a high release of insulin, which is a fat storage hormone. Doughnuts are a good option.

Step 2

Do not eat as soon as you get up. Eating breakfast can kickstart your metabolism and prevent you from overeating later in the day. This in turn can keep your belly from getting fat. To avoid this, make sure to skip breakfast every day.

Step 3

Eat the highest calorie foods you can. Examples include deep-fried foods, fast food, pizza, whole-fat dairy products, cakes, cookies, chips, ice cream and muffins. Make sure to include these foods in all of your meals.

Step 4

Eat large meals far apart. When you eat a large meal, then wait several hours before eating again, your body will burn some of the calories for energy, and the rest will be stored as fat. Your metabolism will also slow way down because your body does not know when it is going to get fed again. Being that you are skipping breakfast, wait until at least late morning before eating a meal. Get a fast food bagel sandwich with eggs, cheese, bacon, hash browns and an apple pie.

Step 5

Drink as many liquid calories as you can. To add even more calories, avoid low-calorie and calorie-free beverages. Drink nothing but lattes with whipped cream, fruit drinks, sweetened teas, soda, milk shakes and alcohol. To get a fat belly even faster, make sure to drink lots of beer late at night and eat cheese fries, pizza and hot wings while you do.

Step 6

Avoid high-fiber carbs. Fiber is a non-digestible substance that helps fill you up when you eat it. If you have a lot of fiber in your diet, you will not be able to eat as much, so avoid foods that contain it. Examples of these include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, seeds and nuts.

Step 7

Do not exercise. If you want a fat belly, exercise is the last thing you should do. Avoid exercising at all costs: avoid using stairwells, park as close to the building as you can and be as immobile as possible at work.
