Climbing Stairs

Walking up and down stairs will help burn calories. A person weighing 150 lbs. walking up and down stairs will burn 153 calories in 15 minutes, according to the Dietbites website.

Considerations

The number of calories burned for each exercise will depend on the length of time the exercise is performed and the weight of the person.
