Horlicks is a malt drink made from powdered granules and warm milk. It is marketed as an aid to promote sound sleep. The drink is manufactured by a UK company that is also named Horlicks.

Types

There are three types of Horlicks; Horlicks Original, Horlicks Light and Horlicks Light Malt Chocolate.

Horlicks Original should be prepared by adding warm milk to the granules. The light versions are prepared by adding hot water.
