A man's libido, or sexual drive, may decrease with age. Stress, nutritional deficiencies and hormonal imbalance may also contribute to a low sex drive. Vitamins are concentrations of a particular nutrient. Organic vitamins are the safest and most effective choice, but there are helpful and researched vitamins that can naturally and efficiently increase a male's libido.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E plays a key role in the production of sex hormones. This powerful vitamin also improves blood flow, which helps achieve arousal.

L-Arginine

L-arginine helps the body produce nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is produced when the brain senses sexual arousal. Therefore, l-argenine can help obtain long-lasting erections.

Muira Puama

Muira puama comes from the Ptychopetalum olacoides plant, and is commonly used as an aphrodisiac in the Amazon. French medical sexologist Dr. Jacques Waynberg conducted two studies on this herb with favorable findings. It can intensify libido and favorably alter hormone levels.

Selenium

Selenium helps with sperm production. Nearly half of the selenium in a man is found in the testes and seminal ducts, and is lost in their semen.
