Sugar provides calories but little nutritional value, so you may want to limit the amount you consume. Although most candy is high in sugar, some sugar-free varieties are available, but they are not necessarily low in calories.

Nestle Sugar-Free Crunch

Four fun-size Nestle Sugar Free Crunch bars contain 170 calories, according to the nutrition resource LIVESTRONG.COM MyPlate. Although these bars are sugar free, they are high in fat, with a four-bar serving containing 13 g of fat, with 8 g of saturated fat.

Sugar-Free Semisweet Chocolate Chips

A 2 tbsp. serving of sugar-free semisweet chocolate chips provides 58 calories, states nutrition site FatSecret. These chocolate chips are high in fat, with 4 g per serving.

Sugar-Free Werther's Originals

Werther's Originals are bite-sized candies that normally contain sugar, although a sugar-free version is available. According to LIVESTRONG.COM MyPlate, four of these candies provide 40 calories, with just 1 g of fat and 14 g of carbohydrates.

Nestle Sugar Free Turtles

Although Nestle Sugar Free Turtles do not contain sugar, they are still high in calories. FatSecret explains that three of these candies provide 150 calories, with 10 g of fat and 6 g of saturated fat.

Sugar-Free Jolly Rancher

Sugar-free Jolly Rancher candies are low in calories, according to LIVESTRONG.COM MyPlate. The website explains that four of these candies contain just 35 calories.
