Mounds candy bars, manufactured by Hershey's, consists of a coconut-based center surrounded by dark chocolate. It is often advertised with its sister product, Almond Joy, which also has a coconut-based center, but contains an almond and is made with milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. If you are concerned about any of the ingredients in a Mounds candy bar, consult your doctor.

Serving Size
The serving size of a Mounds candy bar depends on product size. The serving size for the original-sized candy bar is one package.
