Whopper Nutrition Information

The Whopper is the signature sandwich of the international fast-food franchise Burger King. Since 1957, when the Whopper was originally created, there have been numerous Whopper alterations and spin-offs, but today four varieties remain for sale in the U.S.: the original Whopper, Double Whopper, Triple Whopper and Whopper Jr. The Whopper was the first fast-food burger to be flame-broiled rather than fried.

Have It Your Way

While true Burger King fans may argue that the nature of a Whopper alone sets it apart from other fast-food burgers, Burger King's "Have It Your Way" campaign, offering a customized sandwich, may be what keeps the Whopper popular. Burger King's nutrition website allows customers to build their own virtual sandwich and view the nutrition information for each customization. Having it "your way" provides these additional toppings: mustard, American cheese, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, pepper jack cheese, bacon, crispy onions, Steak House patty, Steak House patty XT, Whopper patty, original breaded chicken, Tender Crisp chicken, Tender Grill chicken, Spicy Chick'N Crisp, Big Fish fillet, garden veggie patty, steak sauce, BK Stacker sauce and tartar sauce.
