Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant chain that offers foods such as burritos, burrito bowls, tacos and salads, as well as chips and guacamole. Chipotle claims to serve "food with integrity," which means the chain tries to use healthier local and organic ingredients when possible.

Meats

Chipotle offers four kinds of meat, including barbacoa, chicken, carnitas pork and steak. The barbacoa has 170 calories per 4-oz. serving, which is standard in each entree. The other three types of meat each have 190 calories per 4-oz. serving.

Rice and Beans

Most Chipotle entree items come with cilantro-lime rice, pinto beans and/or black beans. The rice has 130 calories per 3-oz. serving, while both types of beans have 140 calories per 4-oz. serving.

Salsas and Vegetables

Salsas and vegetables are available on Chipotle menu items as well. There are 20 calories per 2.5-oz. serving of fajita vegetables, 15 calories in a serving of the green tomatilla salsa, 20 calories per serving of tomato salsa, 40 calories in a serving of the red tomatilla salsa and 80 calories per serving of corn salsa.

Other Sides

Most entrees are available with cheese, sour cream and guacamole. There are 100 calories per oz. of Chipotle cheese, 120 calories per 2-oz. serving of sour cream and 150 calories per 3.5-oz. serving of guacamole.
