Aim to eat three to five servings of vegetables, such as lettuce, broccoli, celery, and carrots, every day for maximum ulcer benefits.

Fruit

Fruit contains substances called flavonoids that can inhibit the growth of H. pylori, which are the cause of ulcers states the University of Maryland Medical Center. Fruit is also high in fiber and daily intake can prevent and aid the healing process. Every day try to eat cranberries, apples, and fruit juice, which contain the largest amount of flavonoids.

Milk and Yogurt

Milk and dairy products like yogurt can provide relief from ulcers by coating the stomach. Yogurt in particular can provide probiotics states the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse. Probiotics, or good bacteria, can work against the H. pylori bacteria that causes ulcers. Yogurt products can also increase your positive bacteria count after taking antibiotics, a common treatment for ulcers.

Garlic

Garlic, in the raw or powdered form, is high in flavonoids and antioxidants. This can boost the immune system, stimulate healing of ulcer sores, and provide general relief according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.
