This vitamin speeds up your metabolism for quicker fat flushing. Soybeans work well, too, because they contain a substance called lecithin, which makes it difficult for your cells to absorb fat. Round out your diet with plenty of water, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean protein sources such as fish, and the pounds will start melting off.
Step 5
Choose a weight loss plan that suits your lifestyle. For instance, an all-organic raw food diet might be too expensive if you're on a budget, but simply incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals can work wonders for your weight loss. It's important to find the right kind of diet and exercise program for your interests, health and budget. If your selected plan doesn't fit into your life, you're much more likely to give up on it, delaying your progress.
