Steel-cut oatmeal is high in soluble fiber and protein and is low in sugar, making it a healthy choice for a filling breakfast. Try combining your egg whites with your oatmeal and add a dash of cinnamon and honey for a sweet, filling breakfast.

Fat-Blasting Chocolate Banana Split

This sweet treat is only 335 calories and combines a small banana with natural peanut butter, vanilla Greek yogurt, dark chocolate syrup and low-fat granola for a fast, fat-blasting breakfast. This breakfast is high in fiber to fill you up and has monounsaturated fat, which according to the "Journal of Diabetes Care" can prevent belly fat. You can make this dish in less than five minutes. Peel and slice a small banana in half. Spread 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter on the banana halves. Mix 2 tsp. dark chocolate syrup with a dollop of 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt on the banana. Top it all with a sprinkle of granola.

High-Fiber Cereal and Low-Fat Milk

A quick breakfast of a high-fiber cereal with low-fat milk provides you with complex carbohydrates for energy, fiber to fill you up , vitamin D to improve your mood and will give your metabolism a boost, according to Fox News. Opt for 1 cup high-fiber cereal that is low in sugar and calories. Use a low-fat milk, which will help boost metabolism and aid in your weight loss.
