Daily detox teas may help you lose weight. The main objective of tea aims to flush the colon of built-up waste and toxins absorbed from processed foods and exposure to environmental pollutants. While there is no scientific evidence to back up the notion of detoxification through drinking teas, weight loss is possible due to the significant calorie reduction.
