According to Nutrisystem, a one-pouch serving of chicken salad has 110 calories, 45 from fat. There are 5 g of total fat, 8 g of total carbohydrates and 8 g of protein.

Macaroni with Cheese

LIVESTRONG's My Plate website reports 250 calories contained in one container of Nutrisystem's Macaroni with Cheese. This includes 4.5 g of total fat, 41 g of carbohydrates and 15 g of protein.

Considerations

Nutrisystem requires its clients to purchase milk, fruit and vegetables from an outside source adding to the overall cost of the program.
